Ms. Theresa Lutz from Germany is currently working as an Assistant Manager (Events & Training) in GATR Malaysia. She is responsible to manage participant queries and also actively involved in organizing of academic forums, seminars and conferences in Europe and ASEAN. Ms. Lutz earned International Business Administration (Bachelor degree) with the major Marketing from HochschuleRhein Main in Wiesbaden, Germany. Through her apprenticeship as an office management assistant in a marketing agency and other internships in different companies in administrative departments, Ms Lutz has a lot of experience in organisational and administrative work and is therefore a great support for the GATR-team. She has a friendly and open minded personality, is ambitious, dynamic as well as highly motivated and highly flexible.

Ms. Jessan Manlangit is currently working as a Sr. Editorial Assistant Global Academy of Training and Research (GATR). She earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education, City College of Tagaytay, Philippine. Ms. Manlangit is responsible to liaising with authors and tracing royalty recipients, Liaising with colleagues in different universities, preparing journal and books for production, writing book blurbs, writing and editing copy, proofreading and checking the accuracy of articles, researching images, providing general administrative support. She is also responsible for publicising the company's policies and activities to research scholars and the university community in accordance with policies established for specific publications.

Flora Anak Janting is currently working as an Editorial Assistant at Global Academy of Training and Research (GATR).
